Roof & Building Envelope Analysis
Identify the cause of water intrusion. Where hidden conditions must be exposed or testing performed, Armko engages the appropriate third-party contractor and provides the observations and recommendations.

Exterior Wall & Veneer Analysis
Assess sealant joint failure, stress cracks from building movement, through-wall flashing, and window systems. Written reports identify what needs repair and what is still performing.

Roof & Waterproofing Evaluation
Determine whether a roof and waterproofing system is maintainable, or whether the cost to maintain and repair it justifies replacement.

Design & Specification
Design and specify roofing and waterproofing systems based on existing conditions. Budgets are adhered to. System quality is not traded away.

Condition Assessment & Investigation
On-site investigation and survey, including review of existing construction documents and maintenance records. Written findings may include cost projections and lifecycle cost analysis.

Construction Observation
Field Service Advisors make weekly job visits during roof installation, confirming work matches the contract documents. Observation reports include photographs.

Non-Destructive Testing
Armko staff are trained to perform thermographic imaging and electronic moisture sensing when the owner does not want existing materials removed.

Storm Assessments
Post-storm roof inspection, roof samples provided for lab testing if required, and technical assistance to the owner through to bid documents.
