Our Story
Founded in 1983
Armko LLC is an engineering firm with architects and building envelope consultants on staff. We specialize in the building envelope — the roof and the exterior walls.
We work with building owners, design professionals, and facility management personnel to properly evaluate, design, and specify successful long-term repair, re-roof, and waterproofing projects. Because we understand the cause and effect of premature failure in building envelope systems, we also assist the engineering community in designing roofs and waterproofing for remodel and new construction projects to help prevent that failure.
Since our inception, Armko has prepared construction documents and provided construction observation for over 200 million square feet and more than 7,000 roof and building envelope projects.

Our consultants are firm believers in providing realistic solutions to building envelope issues for owners, architects, and contractors. That means written reports that identify both what needs repair and what is still performing, budgets that hold, and documentation the client can act on.
